I'm ready to sign up, what happens next?
After we have a discovery call, I’ll send over a proposal, contract and invoice for you to review, sign and pay an initial deposit. Upon completing these steps, you’ll receive a welcome email that includes a questionnaire, a scheduler to book our first call and some additional information. Then, we kick off!

Coaching, like most things, gives you what you put into it. If you come to our calls prepared, open-minded and ready for change, the results can be outrageous.
